For saving our mother earth and her all creatures should be protected for the existing of our planet. By keeping this global concern SoD has arisen and organized many activities for public awareness and environment clean. For example, waste management, environment protection, and climate change. As the planning of the SoD Nepal, for the climate change and environment protection, It has conducted many programs regarding to the planation of tree, polyethene free school campion etc.
Tree Plantation Program
SoD Nepal conducts plantation programs to promote a greener Nepal and contribute to environmental conservation by helping maintain a balanced ecosystem.
As part of this initiative, tree plantation activities have been carried out in various locations, including the surroundings of community schools and open spaces in semi-urban areas. These efforts aim to enhance biodiversity, improve air quality, create healthier public spaces, and encourage community participation in environmental protection.
Through its ongoing plantation programs, SoD Nepal remains committed to building a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for generations to come.
Plastic Free Program
- This compaign has been started at Taple, Gorkha with collaboration of SoD Nepal. Since it has been started there, most of the people living there regulated the rules so strictly, “Say No To Plastic”.
